Fast easy pre-makem

1 can of cream of mushroom soup whisked with 8 eggs. Baked for 12 minutes then add spinach and cheese on top.

2 cups of oatmeal, protein powder, and cottage cheese or greek yogurt, flax seeds, cinamon, egg and raisins or blueberries, maybe a pinch of Cayenne pepper. Put in a food processor, then make weeks worth of waffles. 1/4 cup per.

Make egg bars by cooking them in a 13x13 pan and slicing them into bars. Cook up several slices of bacon. Put a egg bar topped with cheese into a whole wheat tortilla and place a slice of cooked bacon on top. Fold up the wrap and freeze for later.

Spinach, dill pickle, albacore bowl, Chick-fil-A sauce and whole wheat crackers for lunch.

Banana, vanilla protein powder, cinamon, milk and Greek yogurt in a blender, then make ice cream out of it for when you finish your walk outside.

Raisins and peanuts in food processor until they clump together to make a great snack ball.

This creation is a recipe for great smelling hair scrunchie spray. It was created out of an affordable need, though now the trend favors more coloring hair as a,way to create oneself, not change the texture, oh well, it may be useful to others.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of conditioner (find your favorite scent.)
2 cups of water
A spray bottle for application

Directions:
1) open container and add water. Then add conditioner.

2) Replace lid and shake vigorously.

Now, just apply as you would any spray on conditioner or spritz, and use your fingers makeing fists to create beautiful looking curls and or body.

You know, it is funny that I am proud of making my hair plumper and move curvacious all the while it is the very thing we avoid in our physique.
